Kidz Zone News
With school winding down there seems to be an excitement among all the kidz. We have so many things on the calendar I feel like I should give parents a rundown.Promotion Sunday is May 19, all the kidz that are moving up will receive a certificate and a moment of recognition. This is a big deal for the kidz that are moving onto other classes. We hope everyone will be in attendance on the 19th during Morning Worship.
Camps have been offered for all age groups and the response this year has been wonderful. The first group of kids going to camp are the Middler 1 group, that is 4th -6th graders, on May 26-31. The cost is $165 and is due with the registration by Wednesday, May 1. Please don't be late because we have to mail these off to North Ga. Right now there are 5 kids attending and they are sure to have a blast. If you have any questions about the other camps that are offered for the younger kids please see me soon.
We are having a Kick Off to Summer Bash on June 1 from 2:00-4:00. There will be a RSVP for this event so that I can plan crafts and snacks, etc. It will be a great way to kickoff summer and our Summer Memory Verse Club as well. This event will be for all of Kidz Zone. If you would like to volunteer I could use a few extra hands.
Also, on the horizon, we have Vacation Bible School coming up in July 14th -17th. There will be much more info coming to you soon. If you would love to be a part of the BEST summer event ever please see me!
